Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - United Health Services.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - proficient in the OR and have Level 1 or 2 Trauma Hospital experience 5

Shift & Scheduling: - Evening Rotational - w/ every 3rd weekend rotation (same hrs). Will include Call time on their weekend at the very least.

7 days maximum time off

2 references required from within the last 2 years
