We’re an IT company obsessed with making technology reliable and giving our clients peace of mind. Now we’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to bring order to chaos and keep things moving—on time, on budget, and with no surprises.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things project-related: leading client communications, wrangling timelines, coordinating internal teams, and keeping projects on track from kickoff to post-launch high-fives. Bonus points if you know how to do some IT things.
*What You’ll Be Doing:*
* Be the main point of contact for clients—communicate early, often, and clearly
* Scope, plan, and run projects from start to finish
* Build project schedules that are ambitious but realistic
* Coordinate with engineers and vendors to get the right people in the right place at the right time
* Track progress, anticipate roadblocks, and course-correct as needed
* Manage budgets like it’s your own money
* Forecast project spend and timelines (so there are no surprises)
* Lead regular check-ins, both internally and with clients
* Resolve issues, handle change orders, and keep things moving forward
* Assist with change management and help clients adapt to new systems
*Who You Are:*
* You’ve got 3+ years of project management experience (bonus points if it’s in IT or the MSP world)
* You’re an amazing communicator and know what details executives need compared to their operators
* You speak fluent Gantt chart, but you can also translate “tech speak” into client-friendly language
* You know your way around PM tools like Asana, MS Project, or Jira
* You’ve built and tracked budgets—and can explain them without a spreadsheet
* You’ve been involved in SOW creation and can spot scope creep from a mile away
* You love a good checklist and never let things fall through the cracks
* You’re organized, calm under pressure, and people actually enjoy working with you
* You have a growth mindset and see every hiccup as a chance to get better
*Bonus Points If You:*
* Know a thing or two about change management
* Have experience working with compliance and security standards
* Have handled resource planning or vendor wrangling
* Can mentor team members and help others grow
Pay: $75,290.62 - $90,672.58 per year
