À propos

Spend roughly *50% on QA* and *50% on project coordination*. You’ll own our testing matrix (Web + iOS/Android), run test plans, and keep small/medium projects moving with our PM. *Automation experience is a plus, not required.*
*What You’ll DoQuality Assurance (≈60%)*
* Own and maintain the *testing matrix* (devices, browsers, OS versions; app builds; critical integrations).
* Build and execute *test plans/cases* and *regression suites* for core flows (list, bid, buy, pay, ship, authenticate, refunds/claims, Pro membership).
* Test across *Web, Mobile Web, and App*; cover edge cases/combos (guest vs logged-in, geo, currency, payment method, promos, reserve, reruns).
* *Reproduce, isolate, and document* issues with clear steps, screenshots/video, logs, and environment details.
* Verify *integrations* end-to-end (Stripe payments/disputes, HubSpot/Klaviyo events, SendGrid, Shippo/labels, analytics pixels/UTMs, Meta/Google tracking, app SDKs).
* Partner with engineering on *pre-merge checks*, staging smoke tests, and *post-release* validation.
* Track quality signals (*escape rate, reopen rate, test coverage notes*) and drive continuous improvement.
*Project Coordination (≈40%)*
* Coordinate small/medium workstreams: create tickets, define *acceptance criteria*, manage timelines, and unblock owners.
* Run *QA schedules*, *UAT sign-offs*, and release checklists; keep stakeholders aligned on status, risks, and dependencies.
* Keep boards tidy (Linear/Jira): priorities, owners, due dates, release notes.
* Translate user issues from Support/Auctions/Marketing into actionable tickets and *close the loop* after fixes.
*What You Bring (Required)*
* *3–5+ years* in QA (web and/or mobile) with hands-on test planning and ownership of a testing matrix.
* Strong exploratory and *combinatorial testing* skills.
* Tooling: Linear/Jira, TestRail (or similar), Chrome DevTools, screenshots/loom.
* Experience validating *payments, subscriptions, notifications* (Stripe, webhooks, email/SMS).
* Excellent English; crisp tickets and clear communication; owner’s mindset.
*Nice to Have (Bonus, not required)*
* API testing (Postman/Newman) and basic SQL; proxies (Charles/Proxyman).
* Light automation exposure (Playwright/Cypress for web; Appium for mobile) and CI basics (GitHub Actions/CircleCI).
* Analytics sanity checks (GA4/GTM, CAPI, UTMs) and basic accessibility checks.
Marketplace or *luxury/watch* domain experience; Klaviyo/HubSpot events.
