*Project Overview:*
You will lead the evolution of a centralized workspace used by deal teams to model complex entity relationships, capitalization tables, and financial workflows. The goal is to scale a multi-jurisdictional platform that serves as the trusted engine for multi-billion dollar transactions.
*About the Role*
As a Technical Leader, you will head the platform team, setting the architectural direction for a distributed ecosystem. This is an AI-forward role where you will drive the software delivery lifecycle using Cursor agents and GenAI automation to maintain elite engineering standards.

Node.js, TypeScript, React PostgreSQL, Azure, Azure Service Bus, Microservices, Fastify, Python, Next.js, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, Vite, Azure Container Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Event Hub, GitHub Actions (CI/CD), Monorepos, MongoDB (Document DB), PG Vector, DataDog, Trunk-Based Development, GenAI tools (Cursor agents), SDLC automation.
*What You’ll Do*
* Lead the architectural design and scaling of *microservices* and event-driven back-end services.
* Drive an *AI-first workflow*, utilizing Cursor agents and GenAI tools for code generation, testing, and SDLC optimization.
* Own the reliability and observability of the platform using *DataDog* and *Azure platform services*.
* Mentor senior engineers through design reviews and by modeling high-performance engineering practices.
* Implement complex financial modeling tools, including purchase price waterfalls and legal steps matrices.
* Optimize system performance and security across *RESTful* and *GraphQL* interfaces within a monorepo structure.
*Requirements*
* 10+ years of high-level back-end development experience.
* Expertise in building *large-scale distributed systems* and event-driven architectures.
* Mastery of *Node.js* and *TypeScript* with a strong understanding of both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
* Hands-on experience with *Azure cloud ecosystem* (Service Bus, Event Hub, Functions).
* Proven ability to work in an *Agile, Trunk-Based Development* environment with CI/CD proficiency.
* Experience integrating *GenAI tools* into the daily engineering workflow to increase velocity.
