Firehouse Roofing is looking for an energetic, ambitious individual with great communication and multitasking skills to join our Inside Sales team. If you like working with high-performing, driven, passionate people in a supportive environment, then Firehouse is the place for you!

Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls
• Make outbound calls
• Set appointments for Roofing Advisors and Technicians
• Work effectively with a team
• Be knowledgeable about all company products and services (we will train you)
• Overcome objections and answer customer concerns and questions
• Strive to reach company and personal metrics

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Knowledge of MS Office Suite, phone software Five9 for example, familiarity with booking schedule
• Some level of customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
• Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information
• Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Hours: Tuesday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 8am-5pm
