Our front desk team plays a critical role in driving salon success by converting leads into loyal members and maximizing every guest interaction.

Position Overview

The Lead Front Desk Associate is a key sales and leadership position responsible for managing incoming leads, driving membership sales, and setting the standard for front desk performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and enjoys coaching others while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively follow up on new leads via phone, text, and email to convert inquiries into booked appointments and memberships
  • Confidently present and sell The Lash Lounge membership options and retail products
  • Track, manage, and nurture leads through the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales and membership goals
  • Serve as the lead and role model for front desk associates, setting expectations around sales, service, and professionalism
  • Assist in training and coaching front desk staff on scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Support daily front desk operations including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and guest flow
  • Create a welcoming, luxury experience for every guestboth in person and over the phone
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ensure accurate guest records, memberships, and payments
  • Open and/or close the salon as needed
  • Maintain front desk organization, cleanliness, and brand standards
  • Support management with reporting on leads, memberships, and front desk performance
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, front desk, hospitality, or customer service (membership-based spa/salon experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to sell memberships, packages, or recurring services
  • Strong phone presence and confidence handling objections
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and motivate others
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with goals and metrics
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
