Roles & responsibilities:
To help business teams in improving member experience by reporting the KPIs from client website across various Line of Businesses. Optimize digital behavior and tracking. Ensure business teams have easy access to operational reports needed to manage their day-to-day business. Provide the business teams with the ability to use our toolsets and create stories out of the insights we provide. Perform data analysis using raw data feed- Hadoop databases, extract data and develop metrics and insights. Conducting the Office hours(trainings) for other teams on Adobe Analytics and Glassbox.
