Project Overview – USPS Migration Our client is decommissioning the Exo Communications network and migrating ~6,300 USPS sites to the network. Key Responsibilities: Lead telephone number (TN) porting and VoIP migrations Configure and update routing on BroadSoft platform Remove configurations in Sonus & BroadSoft systems Perform call testing + E911 verification Troubleshoot call routing issues (call traces, failure points) Handle 5–6 migrations/day (1–1.5 hrs per site) Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers Maintain documentation and complete tasks within SLA Must-Have Skills Strong VoIP / Telecom expertise (TN porting, routing, provisioning) Hands-on with Broadsoft (Broadworks) & Sonus Troubleshooting skills (call tracing, issue resolution) Strong Excel skills (macros, data comparison) Excellent ownership & communication skills Ability to work rotating shifts (incl. weekends/holidays) Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, SBCs Knowledge of Cisco, Ribbon (Sonus), Audiocodes, Polycom Familiarity with Google Workspace Certifications like CCNA / CCNP Security Requirement Must be eligible for US Government Security Clearance (USPS) We are Connectors.
