Job Description: Visual & UI Design (The "Craft"): Design Systems: Create, maintain and scale an enterprise design system, ensuring consistency across multiple financial platforms. Components & Tokens: Build and manage reusable Figma components using features like Auto-layout, Variants, Variables and manage Design Tokens to streamline handoff with engineering. High-Fidelity UI: Create pixel-perfect interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines while optimizing for complex data visualization and financial dashboards. Experience & UX Design (The "Strategy"): UX Research: Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, and stakeholder workshops) to uncover user pain points and translate those into requirements and designs. Flows & Wireframes: Map out intricate user journeys, task flows, and low-fidelity wireframes for complex financial transactions. Strong ability to translate complex problems into user-friendly experiences. Testing & Validation: Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on real-world feedback and data-driven insights.
