Provides the Director of Sales and Sales Managers with administrative and clerical support. Specifically, you will be expected to perform the following tasks:
What will I be doing?
Performs general office duties including typing, filing, faxing, copying, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes, and corresponding via phone and email. Oversees all aspects of group room management including monitoring group room pick up, inputting groups into various systems (Front Desk, Sales, Rates & Inventory), track and manage group accounts for invoices, reservations, pick up, Honors points and commissions. Corresponds with customers directly via voice and email involving reservations, rooming lists, payments, booking boardrooms. Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports for Director of Sales and Sales Managers in Excel, Microsoft and other hotel systems. Books Boardrooms and prepares BEO's for these meeting rooms. Creates contracts, resumes and proposals as needed for Sales Managers. Inputs and maintains data in the Forecast Management System. Works on various projects as needed. Rate of Pay:
$22.00 per hour
