The business is experiencing 100% year-on-year growth and is continuing to invest heavily in AI-led product innovation. This is a remote-first role with one collaboration day per month in Manchester**. The kind of person who'll thrive: You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced scale-up environment, where priorities evolve and you'll often be spinning multiple plates. We're looking for someone proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership - someone who wants to shape infrastructure, influence tooling, and grow with the business. This role suits engineers who: Like autonomy and taking initiative Enjoy solving problems in a scaling environment Are comfortable balancing multiple priorities Want visibility and impact across the engineering function Are motivated by strong progression opportunities as the team grows What you'll do: Build & scale Azure cloud infrastructure Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployments Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) Manage Docker & Kubernetes workloads Monitor performance, reliability & security Collaborate closely with engineering teams
What we're looking for: DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure experience Strong Azure (or similar cloud) knowledge CI/CD & Terraform experience Docker & Kubernetes Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
Senior role:
