We are seeking an experienced Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality inspection, particularly with wiring harnesses and electromechanical assemblies.
Responsibilities:
Inspect in-process and completed products such as electronic units, subsystems, and precision electromechanical assemblies
Verify conformance to specifications using various measuring instruments (micrometers, dial indicators, scales, etc.)
Detect and document defects such as structural flaws, missing welds, and internal defects
Work from blueprints, diagrams, customer specifications, and inspection checklists
Accept, reject, or coordinate rework for defective or malfunctioning units or systems
Monitor and verify quality in accordance with established control procedures Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience inspecting wiring harnesses
Strong understanding of mechanical and electromechanical assembly inspection methods
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
Experience using standard inspection tools and measuring devices
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Location: Greater Orlando Schedule: 1st Shift, 4/10 (Monday-Thursday) Pay: $20/hour (based on experience) Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package offered
