Client Relations Specialist

This is a field-based, relationship-building role with a product that's genuinely easy to believe in. You'll drive a planned route across central Milwaukee and nearby suburbs every day, introducing our repair service and building relationships with the property managers and facility managers who keep calling back once they've seen what we can do. No sales background required - you'll be given a proven script and real coaching from day one.

Competitive Pay $45,000$75,000 OTE (base salary + commission + bonuses). Your base is guaranteed commission grows as your accounts do.

Paid holidays and paid time off.

Full-time, standard business hours no nights, no weekends. Most of your time is spent in the field; light admin can be done from Wauwatosa based office.

You haven't held a sales title before but you've worked in a role where showing up consistently, communicating clearly, and genuinely taking care of people was the job. That foundation transfers well here, and we'll give you the tools and coaching to build on it.

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.

Must be based in Milwaukee daily travel throughout the north side and nearby suburbs.

Comfortable learning new software CRM and routing tools provided and trained.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
