Sales Coordinator
to support our Sales & Marketing team. This role plays a key part in managing sales systems, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. What You'll Do
Provide administrative support to the Sales & Catering team Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales materials Manage inquiries, bookings, and CRM data (Delphi) Run and distribute sales reports and maintain accurate records Coordinate group details (menus, amenities, materials) Support site visits, sales trips, and client communications Assist with reservations and guest requests as needed Requirements
2+ years of administrative or hospitality experience Experience in hotels, events, or sales coordination preferred Strong organization and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Detail-oriented with strong time management Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with Delphi, CRM systems, or hotel PMS preferred Canva/Adobe experience a plus
