Description
The Sheraton Greensboro now has an exciting opportunity in the Sales Department.
We are looking for a highly motivated go getter for a Sales Coordinator/Admin role.
This individual will assist the Sales team with all booked business.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Formatting and distributing proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence Providing support to the receptionist to ensure that all phone inquiries and leads are properly handled Performing general office duties to include filing, faxing, emailing, and copying Drafting, editing, and sending sales related documents to include proposals, contracts, and BEO's Assembling hotel information packets and promotional materials Handling guest inquiries about property facilities, amenities, entertainment, and special events Serving as an additional point of contact for clients Communicating with other hotel departments to ensure that all details and event specifications are met Requirements
Previous hotel Sales Department experience is highly preferred Must be highly organized and detail oriented Must have excellent communication and phone skills Should have the ability to work well independently and with a team Excellent computer skills are essential Must be able to thrive in a very busy work environment Excellent benefits to include:
