Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Birmingham team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from quote to delivery. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product selection, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotes; track and manage job quote statuses.
- Utilize company systems and manufacturer tools for equipment selection and pricing.
- Enter and expedite job control sheets and factory competitive quotation memos.
- Facilitate factory orders and coordinate directly with manufacturers as needed.
- Purchase products from vendors as required to fulfill customer needs.
- Collaborate with office administration to publish and distribute customer quotes.
- Attend training sessions at manufacturer facilities and within the company's sales territory to enhance product knowledge.
- Support sales goals by helping management meet manufacturer quotas and assist in product promotions.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous inside sales, customer service, or related experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn technical product details and quoting systems
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn internal systems
