LMT339 Compensation: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Hand and Stone Wilmington Mayfaire's massage therapists receive the support to expand their knowledge, professionalism, and career in any direction they choose.

Hand and Stone Wilmington Mayfaire's massage therapists facilitate healing by:

• Customizing treatment plans based on individual clients.
• Creating an experience of peace and relaxation for members/guests/other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach.
• Generating return clientele by excellent service and suggesting memberships as part of a treatment plan.
• Helping maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa.

Team member essentials include:

• An active NC Massage Therapist License.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Expert skill in Swedish Massage.
• Interest in hot and salt stone massage, cupping, Theragun and use of CBD.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Oncology and Deep Tissue). Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
• Understanding and believing in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
