The team lead is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating a selling behavior, flourishing as a leader, and promoting a positive work environment and and proactive work ethic.
Essential Functions:Assist the store manager with daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training of employees and other tasks as needed.
Support business operations, policies, and procedures.
Process sales and stock duties (receiving and filing merchandise, etc.).
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Oversee all methods of merchandising and display of products.
Oversee all methods of loss prevention of company assets.
Assist the store manager in maintaining company standards for compliance and control.
Assist with the development of new sales as well as the growth of existing sales.
Ability to complete banking.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a high level of integrity.
Must have excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in using personal computer software, such as email, spreadsheet, word processing, and database software tools.
Constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, stretching, reaching, and lifting as necessary to perform job functions.
