Sales Executive (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Entry-Level) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and driving growth in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and supporting our mission to seamlessly connect the food supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the perishable supply chain sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
  • Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field OR 1+ year of sales experience (preferably in logistics or transportation).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
