Responsibilities:
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and SMEs to develop high-quality technical documentation. Follow audience-centered and iterative methods to understand user needs. Develops and supports content strategy for the product. Work with internal and external stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle to write and edit text for products. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to explore new approaches that will provide the best text support to users. Ensure all content aligns with our content design strategy and supports a strong user experience. Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and release notes. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform content decisions. Continuously improve content based on user feedback and data analytics. Work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Qualifications:
BA/BS or MS
in
Technical Communication ,
English ,
Human-Computer Interaction,
or related discipline (or relevant experience). At least
3 years
of experience in
software technical writing. Experience working in a
lean UX/Agile environment . Proven experience
in content design and strategy . Ability to work efficiently in a
remote environment . Familiarity with
content management systems and documentation tools. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement. The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment is Necessary. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
