To assist TRBC in its mission of changing the world by developing Christ followers who love God and love people.
JOB GOAL:
The Creative Content Intern (CCA) supports the Creative Team in producing photo, video, and social media content that communicates the mission of Thomas Road Baptist Church. Working closely with the Director of Content and other team members, the CCA will help capture and create engaging content for social media, in-service elements, and other ministry needs.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Creative Content Associate, you will assist in content creation, event coverage, and social media engagement for Thomas Road. This is a learning-focused, hands-on role ideal for someone exploring creative ministry and looking to grow in photography, videography, and digital storytelling. You'll participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute to creative projects, and gain valuable experience working with a high-energy, ministry-minded creative team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Content Creation & Event Coverage Assist in capturing photos and videos for social media and other ministry use Help edit and produce basic photo and video content Support the creative team in preparing content for services and events Creative Team Support
Participate in brainstorming and planning meetings Assist with organizing and maintaining media assets Provide on-site support for live event coverage (services, conferences, special events) Learning & Development
Receive training in camera operation, editing, and social media strategy Stay informed on creative and social media trends to bring fresh ideas to the team Work with Director of Content and to ensure content is informative, appealing and accurate Collaborate with Thomas Road Ministry Teams QUALIFICATIONS:
Dedicated follower of Jesus Christ who is committed to upholding the mission/core values of TRBC Basic skills or interest in photography, videography, and or social media management. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Willingness to learn, take direction, and receive feedback Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling Flexible in an environment when changes can occur quickly and frequently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented, strong organizational skills with ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision A teachable spirit for growth and change. Good time-management skills Weekend and evening availability for special events
