Shift: 1 st 6:30am - 3:30pm

Wage: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour

Job Overview
We are seeking an Embroidery Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and dependable. This role involves working with sewing/embroidery machines and trimming various textile products. The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and efficiency in our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain embroidery/sewing machines to produce high-quality garments.
• Perform regular inspections of completed decorated garments and make sure they were decorated to the customers' requirements on their purchase order.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace within the warehouse environment.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking materials and supplies needed for production.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process, providing solutions as necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift materials as required during production activities.
• A commitment to maintaining safety standards within the workplace.
