Owns the development and execution of campaign strategy, including roadmap planning, performance measurement, and continuous optimization initiatives. •
Serves as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor to the Director, supporting high-impact decision-making and program alignment. •
Leads efforts in marketing program optimization, prioritization of initiatives, and the implementation of innovative solutions to drive results. •
Oversees complex cross-functional initiatives and manages key vendor partnerships to ensure seamless execution and accountability. •
Drives the integration of marketing technologies, establishes scalable reporting frameworks, and advances automation to improve operational efficiency. •
Provides mentorship to junior team members, contributes to team scalability and process development, with a growth path toward people management. •
Leads the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of integrated B2B digital marketing programs across paid, owned, and earned channels. •
Oversees cross-functional campaign delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, compliance, and brand standards. •
Manages centralized campaign calendars, project workflows, and stakeholder communication to drive executional excellence. •
Directs paid media and SEO strategies, optimizing performance and ROI across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and organic search. •
Architects and manages scalable email marketing and nurture programs based on audience segmentation and funnel stage. •
Oversees marketing automation and CRM integration, ensuring accurate lead management, data flow, and operational efficiency. •
Consults with key leaders on broader marketing team related to content strategy and development •
Ensures all digital content meets legal, privacy, accessibility, and brand compliance standards. •
Leads social media execution and content scheduling, supported by engagement analytics and social listening. •
Drives process improvement and marketing operations efficiency through tool optimization and workflow enhancements (e.g., Wrike). •
Serves as a strategic advisor on digital trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous program improvement. What You'll Bring •
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or related field preferred. •
5+ years of experience in full-stack digital marketing campaign management, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, website/CMS, and social media. •
Demonstrated expertise with project management tools (Wrike preferred; Asana, Trello, or similar also valued). •
Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, ZoomInfo). •
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple complex projects and timelines. •
Advanced analytical skills and experience transforming data into actionable insights. •
Working knowledge of paid media, content management systems, and email marketing best practices. •
Self-starter with a proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
