About the Job:
As a Technical Sales Manager at [Client], you'll spearhead the sale of complex technological products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and facilitating internal support. This role involves managing the sales team, enhancing sales processes, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: • Sell complex technological products and services to businesses and customers. • Ensure product offerings meet customer requirements and expectations. • Coordinate with internal departments to provide comprehensive support. • Manage and lead the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets. • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients. • Continuously improve sales strategies, methods, and approaches. • Identify and explore new markets and potential business opportunities.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales. • Strong technical knowledge of memory modules, SSDs, AI edge servers, and Add-In Cards. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure. • Deep understanding of sales processes and methods. • Demonstrated leadership and management skills. • Willingness to travel as needed.
