An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Associate Dentist to join the team at Nelson Family Dental. We are seeking an associate to join the practice as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition and continued high-quality patient care.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a busy, well-established practice with a guaranteed full schedule in a supportive and modern clinical environment.
*About the Position*
* Full-time (Ideal schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
* Open to 5 days per week if desired, with some flexibility in scheduling
* Associate will primarily work independently
* Fully digital, modern clinic utilizing Maxident practice management software
* Established and loyal patient base
*Ideal Candidate*
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate clinician who:
* Is comfortable with all aspects of general dentistry, including:
* Molar endodontics
* Surgical procedures
* Has Canadian or US-equivalent dental training, or is eligible to practice in Canada
* Demonstrates strong communication skills
* Is empathetic, patient-focused, and committed to patient education
* Values building long-term patient relationships
* Thrives in a community-oriented environment
