Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and energetic individual to join our team as a Bartender / Cook. This dual role requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service while preparing both food and beverages. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong multitasking skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Bartending Duties:

• Greet and serve customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
• Maintain knowledge of drink menus, daily specials, and customer preferences.
• Check identification to verify age requirements.
• Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate tabs.
• Open / Close responsibilities as needed.

Cooking Duties:

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items in accordance with recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of cooking stations, kitchen tools, and food prep areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management, including stocking and rotation of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely service of food and drinks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years p revious experience as a bartender, cook, or in a combined role preferred.
• Knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must meet local legal age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (kegs, boxes, kitchen supplies).
• Comfortable working in hot and fast-paced environments.
