As a Sales Management Trainee, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through face-to-face events and promotional campaigns. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Engaging with customers at live events to promote client products and services
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing brands professionally
* Explaining product features and benefits clearly and confidently
* Meeting daily and weekly performance targets related to sales and customer interactions
* Contributing to event set-up and logistics, ensuring displays and materials are in place
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales
* Collaborating with team members to achieve campaign goals
* Participating in regular training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge
