Physical Therapist

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitative care across our New Jersey facilities. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to restore function and reduce pain. You will collaborate closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress in our EMR.
