Sales Representative
Are you a driven sales professional ready to build your own book of business and maximize your earning potential? We are seeking a Sales Representative to generate new business, convert prospects into clients, and deliver tailored furniture and renovation solutions.
Sales Rep Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage a pipeline through networking, prospecting, and inbound leads
- Identify and win new business by aligning solutions to client needs
- Research target organizations to understand business drivers and challenges
- Deliver consultative presentations and close new clients
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, project coordination) to execute projects
- Maintain accurate forecasts and drive toward multi-million-dollar sales targets
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Strong network and/or book of business preferred
- Results-driven with strong communication and presentation skills
- Team-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Base w an OTE $150K+
