We are looking for a full-time operations associate in New York, New York.
Preferred Qualifications:
ALL Experience with a Wine Importer/Wholesaler/Retailer a plus but not required
Proficient at using Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good knowledge of and passion for the fine wine category
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Job Responsibilities:
Process direct orders, working closely with various sales teams
Oversee multi-warehouse inventory reconciliations
Oversee daily vendor invoice entries
Warehouse transfer inbounding and ETA communications to sales team
Customer service and troubleshooting for direct and national sales teams
