Hotel Maintenance Technician (HVAC Focus)
Location: Lancaster, OH (Easy commute from Columbus, Pickerington, Newark)
Pay: $15 to $18 per hour (paid biweekly)
Schedule: Full-time

What You Will Be Doing
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms and property
  • Diagnose and repair room HVAC units including PTAC systems (220V)
  • Service equipment such as commercial laundry machines, ice machines, and hot water tanks
  • Troubleshoot issues with electronic door locks and room systems
  • Complete light plumbing, electrical work, painting, and flooring repairs
  • Respond to maintenance work orders and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of property including grounds, walkways, and common areas
  • Ensure pool and or spa systems are functioning and compliant with local regulations
  • Inspect and maintain fire and life safety systems including alarms and extinguishers
  • Respond to on-site maintenance emergencies as needed
What We Are Looking For
  • 2 to 4 years of maintenance experience required
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with HVAC and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures
  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, and general repair work
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Professional and reliable with strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing stairs
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
  • Ability to use tools and perform hands-on repair work
