HVAC Apprentice

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and system calibration following installation.

• Utilize developing technical skills to help maintain and service HVAC systems.

• Work in a team-based environment to share workload, communicate effectively, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Perform all work safely, following company and OSHA safety standards at all times.

• Maintain accurate service documentation and complete required paperwork.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support service operations.

• Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required.

Education & Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• HVAC Trade School graduate strongly preferred (3.5 GPA and excellent attendance highly valued).

• EPA Certification (Type I & Type II or Universal) preferred.

• NATE Certification a plus.

Experience & Skills

• 1+ year of experience in a mechanical support role; hands-on HVAC experience preferred.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to assist in maintenance, service, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.

• Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.

• Ability to complete repairs and required documentation accurately.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and driven to succeed with minimal supervision.

• Ability to work independently, self-schedule tasks, and meet time constraints.
