Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Technical Project Managers, Strategists, UX Designers, Developers, and Architects to support digital projects and solution delivery. Support Requirements Gathering: Help capture and organize requirements in the form of process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria. Contribute to Product Vision: Assist in aligning digital solutions (CMS, eCommerce, CRM, DAM, CDP) with client goals. Assist with Quality Assurance: Define test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Engage in Agile Practices: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. What You Bring
Early Career Experience: 1-5 years in business analysis, digital project coordination, or IT consulting. Collaboration Skills: Comfort working with technical project managers and cross-functional delivery teams. CMS/DXP Platform Awareness: Familiarity with modern CMS platforms (enterprise/composable solutions preferred). Exposure to eCommerce or custom app development is a plus. Communication Strength: Strong writing and verbal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences. Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methods and tools (e.g., Miro or Mural). Why Join RDA
