Manage the full month-end close cycle including GL reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis against budget and forecast Oversee AP and AR direct reports while acting as a key liaison between finance and operational business units Support budgeting, capital purchase requests, internal controls, and ad hoc reporting projects for the division CPA in progress;
currently operating at the Accountant/Senior Accountant level with 3+ years of hands-on, full-cycle accounting experience Strong communicator who can translate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative team environment Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
