We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing schematics, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The Plumber will ensure that all plumbing work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
*Responsibilities*
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
* Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
* Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks.
* Conduct heavy lifting as required for installations or repairs.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters for integrated project completion.
* Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.
*Skills*
* Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints related to plumbing systems.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
* Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during installations or repairs.
* Commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting materials or equipment.
* Familiarity with welding techniques is beneficial for specific plumbing tasks.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 66 – 72 per week
