Sales Engineer (Data Centers Vertical) – 100% Remote, with 50% travel. Reports to Senior Manager, Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Independently develop and grow your vertical across the United States.
Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market plan with commercial leadership support.
Leverage a streamlined operational structure, focusing 100% on customer engagement and sales activities.
Deliver integrated product and service solutions that foster continuous lifecycle relationships with end users, integrators, and contractors.
Establish Thomson Power Systems' brand presence in your vertical.
Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships while expanding the direct customer base.
Exemplify Regal Rexnord's values and conduct business in accordance with the company's vision, mission, initiatives, and policies.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
5+ years of successful outside sales experience within the Data Center vertical sector.
Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered significant revenue and margin growth.
Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50% travel time) within your region.
Valid driver's license.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Power Management industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
Demonstrated ability to be hands‑on, resourceful, and results‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
Reputation among peers as ambitious, energetic, self‑sufficient, and highly motivated.
Exceptional sales abilities with strong closing skills.
Customer‑focused approach with a commitment to ensuring customer success.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to build value‑based relationships at all levels within customer organizations and Regal Rexnord.
Compensation Package
Target Salary Range: $100k – $140k per year.
Target Bonus: 30%.
