Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets. You will work closely with our team of real estate professionals to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help us better understand our market and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize large data sets from various sources
Analyze data using statistical methods and tools to identify trends and patterns
Develop and maintain databases and data systems
Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings
Collaborate with team members to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions
Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process changes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis
Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical software (such as R or Python)
Experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Real estate industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
