Your RoleAs a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner , you will:
- Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan stimulating early years activities tailored to each child's learning and development.
- Collaborate with a professional team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, regularly reviewing and applying them.
- Conduct risk assessments diligently and report health and safety matters to management.
- Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification - essential
- Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
- Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
- Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
