Our spacious outdoor area features a mud kitchen, and we offer a variety of extracurricular activities, including French lessons, to enrich our children's experiences.

As a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner , you will:

• Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Observe, assess, and plan stimulating early years activities tailored to each child's learning and development.
• Collaborate with a professional team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, regularly reviewing and applying them.
• Conduct risk assessments diligently and report health and safety matters to management.
• Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification - essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
