8am-2:30pm.
Starting Pay: $17.00/hr.

Maintains outside of buildings including repairs, painting, snow and ice removal, landscaping, rescreening windows, doors, etc.
The Maintenance person communicates regularly and effectively with residents, staff, and all levels of management. xihmbke
This position is periodically required to be on-call and to respond to emergency maintenance requests at the property.
