Responsibilities
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a full-time neonatal nurse practitioner to join our growing practice of 39 NNPs and 16 neonatologists in beautiful Denver, Colorado. Enjoy relocation assistance, competitive sign-on bonus, and practice bonus eligibility!
Position located at: Rose Medical Center
25-bed, level III NICU
Full-time is a flexible combination of 12 and 24-hour shifts.
12-hour shift responsibilities:
Attend all high-risk deliveries
Round on well-newborns in conjunction with Neonatologist
Provide downtime coverage to 24-hour NNP for 2-4 hours in the afternoon
24-hour shift responsibilities:
NICU management of term and premature infants, occasional delivery attendance
Each NNP has a home base and is part of a core team, and is privileged in at least one additional hospital within the practice. NNPs and neonatologists work collaboratively in providing care to high-risk patients. A full range of services are provided in L&D, well-newborn, and NICU Levels II, III, and IV. Services provided include, but are not limited to, surgery and sophisticated respiratory care with an extensive range of pediatric subspecialty support.

Qualifications
Current APRN national specialty certification
Minimum of a master's degree
Active CO license or in process preferred
Benefits and Compensation
Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package with many locations offering sign-on bonuses, relocation, and tuition reimbursement. The compensation and benefits referenced are for illustrative purposes only and will be discussed during and after the interview process.
Salary: $130K-$182K per year based on years of experience for a 1.0 FTE position of 2,080 annual hours. Competitive sign-on bonus amount for experienced NNPs or tuition reimbursement for new NNP graduates.
