As a Sales Representative, your job is simple: build relationships, manage opportunities, and make sales. You'll talk with customers, follow up, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What You Need
2+ years of experience in industrial, B2B, or technical sales preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally/regionally as needed
Where You'll Spend Your Time
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the industrial market
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including manufacturers, contractors, and distributors
Conduct sales calls, site visits, and product presentations to prospective and existing customers
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and management) to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
