As a Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experiences of our children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating engaging, age-appropriate learning environments and experiences.
• Supporting children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
• Helping staff maintain high-quality learning journals via EyLog.
• Leading by example with fairness and consistency.
• Strengthening the key person approach and identifying staff training needs.
• Keeping accurate records using EyMan and other systems.
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and visitors.
• Complying with EYFS statutory requirements.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification – Essential.
• Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years – Essential.
• Over 6 months’ experience in a senior position – Desirable.
• Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating – Desirable.
• Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – Essential.
• Fluency in written and spoken English – Essential.
