Nursery Practitioner - Level 2

• Location: Theobalds Park Road, Crews Hill, Enfield, EN2 9BD
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days)
• Salary: £28,080 per year (recently increased)
• Qualification: Full & relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)

Our nursery is Ofsted-rated Good, set in beautiful surroundings. You'll be part of a supportive team backed by an exciting refurbishment, creating fresh, modern spaces for children and staff to enjoy. We are easily accessible by rail via Crews Hill station, with free onsite parking and convenient access from Enfield Town, Gordon Hill, the A10, and M25.

Working closely with your Room Leader and a supportive management team , you’ll:

• Provide high-quality care and learning in line with EYFS
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Contribute ideas to planning — your voice matters!
• Maintain a safe, calm, and welcoming environment
• Feel supported to meet safeguarding and Ofsted expectations

You’ll never be left to “manage everything alone.”

• Full & relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification
• At least 1 year’s experience in an Early Years setting
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Clear communication in spoken and written English
• A team player who enjoys working with children and colleagues
