Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) Job Location: Stockton, California Job Type: Temp to Hire Pay Rate: 19.50-$20/hour Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8:30am-5pm (Will have Sunday off and one day during the week.) Description of Position: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a strong inside sales focus to assist customers, answer inquiries, and provide guidance on product selection. The ideal candidate will have bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to upsell inventory while maintaining a customer-first approach. Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, answering questions about products and services. Provide product recommendations, upsell inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction. Perform data entry to track sales, inventory, and customer information. Read and interpret tape measures for product specifications and orders. Handle basic math calculations related to sales, measurements, and invoices. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring product displays are appealing and well-stocked. Show initiative in problem-solving, assisting team members, and improving workflow. Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). Prior experience in customer service and inside sales Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, common-sense approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Comfortable using computers for data entry and order processing.
