*Principle Responsibilities and Duties*
IT Operations Integration:
* Lead the continuous integration of disparate classified and unclassified networks into a unified, resilient, and scalable operational environment.
* Drive the integration of new IT capabilities and mission solutions into SDA's enterprise infrastructure, ensuring a smooth transition from development and deployment to a stable, long-term operational state.
* Develop and manage strategic partnerships with other government agencies to integrate and leverage required tools, services, and networks.
* Advise leadership on technical strategies and roadmaps for the evolution of IT operations and infrastructure.
Operational Process and Lifecycle Management:
* Oversee the full lifecycle of IT systems, from requirements and integration through to operational sustainment and eventual decommissioning.
* Develop, author, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for newly integrated systems to ensure they are stable and supportable by the Enterprise IT Support Team.
* Transition integrated systems to the operations and maintenance team, providing necessary documentation, training, and support.
* Compile and manage system requirements from SDA programs and cells, ensuring alignment with the overall IT operational strategy.
Technical Execution and Infrastructure Management:
* Serve as the lead subject matter expert for the integration of network and infrastructure projects, including physical servers, storage, virtual machines, and classified/unclassified network connections.
* Lead the technical execution of standing up and connecting networks in new and existing SDA facilities.
* Act as the SDA subject matter expert for classified networks and IT capabilities, managing existing infrastructure and leading the implementation of a multi-level classification system.
* Oversee the acquisition of hardware/software and supervise deployed systems to assure compliance with all operating and security requirements.
Project & Process Management:
* Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise integration projects, from planning and requirements gathering through deployment, and successfully transition systems to the operations and maintenance team.
* Develop new requirements and author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new systems, ensuring they are stable before handing them off to the Enterprise IT Support Team for long-term operations and maintenance.
* Compile system requirements from SDA programs and cells, solicit leadership approval, and complete all necessary documentation.
* Oversee the acquisition of hardware/software and supervise deployed systems to assure compliance with all operating and security requirements.
*Required Qualifications*
* Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance and be SCI eligible.
* Must hold a current Security+ certification or a higher-level DoD 8570 certification.
* 10-15 years of project management experience in government IT systems.
* Demonstrated knowledge of DoD network and information systems (NIPR/SIPR/JWICS).
* Proven experience identifying process workflows and authoring standard operating procedures for information technology operations.
* Strong background in organizational IT, network, and domain support operations.
* Excellent briefing and writing skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both leadership and general users.
*Preferred Qualifications*
* 15+ years of project management experience defining requirements, schedule, and major milestones with end-to-end oversight of DoD IT systems.
* PMP certification (for Project Managers) or advanced networking certifications such as CCNA/CCNP (for Engineers).
* Knowledge of USAF/USSF AFNet networks, information systems, policies, and regulations.
* Experience in enterprise-level, multi-location campus IT, network, and domain support operations.
* Strong technical knowledge of network planning, design, and administration in a classified environment.
* Proven experience authoring technical documentation related to system integration, information security, and classified data handling.
* Ability to develop and maintain detailed network environment and infrastructure diagrams.
Pay: $205,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
