About the Role

In this exciting role, you’ll report directly to the Kitchen Manager and play a crucial part in running our kitchen while leading a dynamic team of up to 15 talented individuals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Resource planning, recruitment, and selection to build the best team for delivering exceptional service.
• Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
• Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
• Inspiring your team through training schedules and performance development plans.
