Sales Coordinator
Location: Denver, CO 80229 Duration: 03 months contract with possible extension Shift: Mon to Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pay rate: $30 an hour Position Summary
This position is responsible for scheduling/confirming sales appointments, resolving customer concerns and discrepancies, completing contract paperwork, including commission adjustments. In some branches this position may also support warehouse and/or administrator duties. Essential Functions
Act as a liaison between Sales, Project Managers and technicians. Schedule and confirm sales appointments. Troubleshoot and Support Administration of Salesforce.com Program. Administer Sales Pilot and SFDC access. Sales Pilot Commission and Job Creation. Reinforce best practices for the commercial sales process and sales qualification for direct end-user and construction market sales. Work with sales team to ensure all paperwork is completed properly within the designated time. Complete daily reports. Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks. Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner. Completes other projects to manager and customer satisfaction, as assigned. Required Competencies
Have a strong work ethic and be detail oriented. Ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, diagrams, instructions, etc. as presented in English. Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams and end users in English. Qualifications
Must present proof of ability to legally work in the United States. Must be able to clear a drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Minimum 3 years of experience performing administrative duties required within a sales or service industry and working knowledge of ERP systems preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Must possess good decision-making skills, be very organized and detail oriented. Must have excellent oral and written communication. Ability to use discretion. Problem Solving and ability to escalate matters when needed. Data analysis and interpretation skills. Speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
