Global Supply Chain Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supplier management and development, with a strong focus on scalability, cost efficiency, delivery reliability, resilience, and sustainability.

• Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on their ability to meet our business needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance their performance.
• Work closely with suppliers to achieve development targets, analyzing their processes and KPIs to inform decision-making.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, implementing measures to reduce supplier risk scores and ensure compliance with global regulations.
• Support internal and external audits, as well as national and international travel activities.

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement and supplier management, with a strong understanding of Lean methods and production technologies.
• Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and engage diverse stakeholders to drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Able to work independently, with a service-oriented approach and a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
