You are the kind of person who opens a dashboard for fun, spots the anomaly everyone else scrolled past and already has three hypotheses before the meeting starts. At koderAI, you will assist with digital marketing campaigns. That means knowing exactly what is working, what is not and what to do about it; across every channel, every campaign and every dollar we spend. You will sit at the intersection of creativity and analytics, working directly with our founder to turn marketing data into our sharpest competitive advantage. If you want a role where your instincts get tested daily and your wins are written in numbers, this is it. What You Will Do Monitor and analyze marketing performance across all channels including paid, organic, email and social Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, owning both strategy and execution Build and maintain dashboards that give the team a real-time, honest view of what is driving growth Track and obsess over key metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, retention and activation events Identify underperforming campaigns, audiences and funnels and bring specific, actionable fixes to the table fast Lead A/B testing initiatives across creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages and interpret results with rigor Conduct competitor and market research to benchmark our performance and find gaps before anyone else does Optimize post-click experiences to reduce funnel drop-off and sharpen user activation Translate complex data into clear, compelling recommendations that the whole team can act on You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have 1 or more years of experience in digital marketing or growth role Are fluent in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and at least one analytics platform such as Google Analytics or similar Have a natural instinct for finding the signal in the noise and asking the question behind the question Are built for speed; you iterate fast, kill what is not working and double down on what is Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, creative production and reporting Are genuinely excited about the AI-native software space and want to help bring it to millions of people What You Will Gain A front-row seat at a fast-growing AI startup A direct line to the founder and a seat at the table where growth decisions get made Cross-functional collaboration with product, design, PR and creative teams An environment that moves fast, rewards precision and celebrates the person who finds the insight everyone else missed Significant upside and opportunities as the company scales, this role grows with us Location:
