What You’ll Do
- Keep schedules organized and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
- Support the team with administrative tasks and step in as backup when needed
- Assist with onboarding and training to help new hires get up to speed
- Help prepare and manage contracts and related documentation
- Coordinate office needs like equipment, supplies, and facility requests
- Plan meetings, trainings, and team events
- Partner with HR on tasks like interviewing, hiring support, and employee records
- Assist with payroll, invoices, and basic accounting tasks
- Handle timekeeping responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of administrative or coordination experience
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (Required)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Someone reliable, flexible, and solutions-focused
