Office Coordinator

Starting Pay: $18 - $20/hour | On-Demand Pay Available | Onsite 

Location: Maryland Heights, MO

As our Office Coordinator, you are the backbone of our daily operations. You ensure our team stays organized, our office runs seamlessly, and our mission stays on track. Your work directly allows our frontline heroes to focus on what matters most: changing lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep schedules organized and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and step in as backup when needed
  • Assist with onboarding and training to help new hires get up to speed
  • Help prepare and manage contracts and related documentation
  • Coordinate office needs like equipment, supplies, and facility requests
  • Plan meetings, trainings, and team events
  • Partner with HR on tasks like interviewing, hiring support, and employee records
  • Assist with payroll, invoices, and basic accounting tasks
  • Handle timekeeping responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of administrative or coordination experience
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (Required)
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Someone reliable, flexible, and solutions-focused
